Director Information Packets
These will be mailed and emailed to the head marching band director at least a week before the CMC, and they will include the schedule, parking information, and any other last minute information that needs to be given.

Located on the grassy area in front of the stadium (behind the home side stands)
Classifications
Based on Wind and Battery Percussion Size
1A: 1-20 members
2A: 21-40 members
3A: 41-60 members
4A: 61-80 members
5A: 81-100 members
6A: 101 plus members
Divisions
Bands in Classes 1A, 2A, and 3A will be in the Red Division (small division), and bands in Classes 4A, 5A, and 6A will be in the Black Division (large division).

1: 80-100
2: 60-79.9
3: 40-59.9
4: 0-39.9
Awards
Trophies will be given for superior ratings and also for the top three bands and individual units (drum major(s), color guard, majorettes/dancers, percussion) in each division. Overall awards for each individual unit will be given regardless of class or division. The top four bands regardless of class or division will be awarded individual trophies with the 2nd place overall band being awarded the Reserve Grand Champion Trophy and the 1st place overall band being awarded the Grand Champion Trophy.

Hospitality Room
We will have a hospitality room available for band directors, staff members, judges, and bus/equipment truck drivers. You will receive a hospitality room pass for each director, staff member, and driver upon check-in/registration on the day of the contest.
